Meditation

And the Quantum Meditation process has been revived in the essence of Oriental science and modern science. Being able to easily become meditative at the time of the combination of Sadhak's pursuit and the process of psychology, it can become self-centered. Deep devotion leads to the awakening of self-power, from within. And this awakening of the heart changes everything else in life.
